Yes. At Caicos Dream Tours, our private charters are made for customized tours to make milestone birthdays, weddings, and other events extra special.
Your tour price is provided upfront. Optional add-ons include charcuterie, seasonal lobster, champagne, and fishing. Cash tips for the crew are always appreciated but optional.
Complimentary pick-ups are available in select Grace Bay and Leeward resorts only.
Guests wishing to drive their rental car or who are outside our pick-up zone are requested to drive to the main security gate at The Alexandra Resort, where a security officer will instruct you where to park, and a CDT team member will escort you to our beach hut for check in thirty minutes prior to the trips departure.
Weather and sea conditions can change quickly in Turks & Caicos. If we cancel your excursion before departure due to unsafe conditions, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
If an excursion ends early due to weather, you’ll receive a prorated refund for the unused time. Changes to routes, stops, pickup locations, or activity order do not qualify for a refund.
If we have not cancelled the excursion, guest cancellations due to weather concerns follow our standard cancellation policy. Caicos Dream Tours makes the final safety decision.
For public or group tours, customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation.
Private charters on our single deck, double decks, or luxury day yacht excursions require at least 48 hours notice for cancellation. Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation.
Please Note: If you have booked one of our big boats, Big Boy, Dream Girl, or Dream Chaser you will receive a full refund or credit with 7 days notice. Cancellations of these boats within that time will incur a full charge
