Pricing

We are happy to work with your group travel coordinator, wedding planner or travel agent to customize your Turks & Caicos boat charter.

For best boat selection we suggest that your events be booked a minimum of 6 weeks in advance. However, we will do our best to accommodate bookings made within shorter time frames.

Boats & Capacity

Caicos Dream Tours has an incredible fleet of boats to serve your group excursion needs.

Big Boy: 62 ft double-deck power catamaran that can accommodate up to 75 passengers. This is a perfect boat for group excursions, wedding parties, corporate retreats and large reunions. Enjoy lots of shade, a smooth ride and 2 bathrooms!

Dream Girl: Dream Girl is a 42 ft. double-deck power catamaran that can accommodate up to 60 passengers. She is the newest catamaran in our fleet, has a very open layout with 2 bars, 2 slides and a diving board! This boat is great for group trips, wedding parties, corporate retreats and large reunions. It features shade on both decks and multiple bathrooms.

Dream Chaser: 45ft Corinthian is perfect for groups of up to 45 people. (Soon with a double deck and more capacity!)

Stargazer, Day Dreamer and Island Dream: 36ft double-deck power catamarans can accommodate 30 guests each, all featuring built in bar, slide and bathroom.

Sundancer: 34 ft power catamaran that can accommodate up to 25 guests. It features a built in bar, double lounger with extra seating on the top deck, waterslide and bathroom.

Alex III: 32ft single-deck power catamaran

For larger groups, Caicos Dream Tours can organize private snorkeling and boating charters for group events of up to 200 guests with multiple boats in service.

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Please Note: If you have booked one of our big boats, Big Boy, Dream Girl, or Dream Chaser you will receive a full refund or credit with 7 days notice. Cancellations of these boats within that time will incur a full charge. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
