Complimentary pick-ups are available only in the Grace Bay and Leeward resorts.
Guests wishing to drive their rental car or who are outside our pick-up zone are requested to drive to the main security gate at The Alexandra Resort where a security officer will instruct you where to park, and a CDT team member will escort you to our beach hut for check in thirty minutes prior to the trips departure.
Cancellation Policy
No charge for cancellations prior to 24 hours before the day of your excursion.
