Complimentary pick-ups are available in the Grace Bay and Leeward resorts only. Guests wishing to drive their rental car or who are outside our pick-up zone are requested to drive to the main security gate at The Alexandra Resort, where a security officer will instruct you where to park, and a CDT team member will escort you to our beach hut for check in thirty minutes prior to the trips departure.

Cancellation Policy

There is no charge for cancellations 48 hours before the day of your excursion.
